Chaat in Ulwe: A Guide to Pani Puri, Bhel, Papdi & More

Chaat is one of Mumbai's most loved street food traditions, and it's a core part of the menu at The Fast Food Co in Sector 6, Ulwe, made fresh and 100% vegetarian.

Our Pani Puri (Rs. 40) and Sev Puri (Rs. 40) are the two most popular starting points: crispy puris filled with spiced tangy pani, potato, and chickpeas, or topped with potato, sev, and chutneys. Dahi Puri (Rs. 50) adds creamy dahi to the mix, while Papdi Chaat (Rs. 50) layers crispy papdis with potato, chickpeas, and dahi.

For something richer, our Butter Papdi (Rs. 60), a signature dish with an extra dollop of butter, is a customer favorite. On the bhel side, we serve both a Sukha/Dry Bhel (Rs. 40) and our signature Chakna Bhel (Rs. 50), a crunchy bhel with a special mix of namkeen, masala, and secret chutneys.

If you want something more filling, Ragda Pattice (Rs. 50) tops crispy aloo pattice with white peas ragda, chutneys, and chaat masala.
